At Godavari Cafe, we strive to provide a delightful dining experience for every customer. However in the event of any discrepancies or issues with your order, please review our refund policy below:

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will be considered in the following cases:
Incorrect order delivered.
Item(s) missing from the order.
Damaged or spoiled food at the time of delivery or pickup.


Non-Refundable Situations

Change of mind after placing the order.
Incorrect order placement due to customer’s mistake.
Delays caused by third-party delivery services.


Refund Request Process

Any refund request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed through the original method of payment (e.g., PhonePe, credit card) within 7-10 business days once approved.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 10 minutes of placing the order. Once the food preparation begins, cancellations may not be allowed, and a refund may not be issued.


Partial Refunds

In cases where only part of the order is incorrect or missing, a partial refund may be issued for the specific items in question.
