Description
Paneer Manchurian is an adaptation of the Chinese Manchurian dish with Indoor prepared in a Manchurian sauce, that has soft, melt-in-the-mouth paneer. The paneer cubes that you usually get are dipped in a light batter, deep fried to crispy golden brown, and coated with a tangy, spicy, and slightly sweet soya sauce prepared with green garlic, ginger and green chilies.
